The Recognition Program is a service of ClarkDietrich and is provided for all eligible team members. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
The Recognition Program is limited to current ClarkDietrich team members. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of points is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
ClarkDietrich reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by ClarkDietrich at its sole discretion. ClarkDietrich reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible team member is automatically enrolled in the Recognition Program and will use their registration code and last name to gain access to the Recognition Program website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.
Redemption and Deduction of Recognition Program Points:
- Points not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.
- Points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog.
- Points are not redeemable for cash.
- Points you accrue do not constitute your property.
- Points cannot be transferred to another participant.
Claiming a Reward:
- ClarkDietrich reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice.
- When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.
- Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of ClarkDietrich Recognition Program Points Earned:
This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as point balances.
Termination of Program:
ClarkDietrich reserves the right to terminate the Recognition Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Recognition Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Participation Program Tracking:
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the online catalog.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, ClarkDietrich, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Recognition Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Privacy Notice:
This website is housed and operated by Online Rewards on behalf of ClarkDietrich. The information collected on this website will be used by ClarkDietrich in connection with the Recognition Program.
